Strap, Tank Mounting

To remove
1. Place the car on a lift.
2. Raise the car.
3. Remove the tank strap.
^ If both tank straps are to be replaced then remove and fit them one at a time.
^ Place a column lift under the tank.
^ Remove the connector (A) from its bracket.





^ Remove the bolts (B) for the tank strap (C).





^ Remove the tank strap (C).

To fit
1. Fit the tank strap.
^ Secure the tank strap (C) and fit the bolts (B).





^ Remove the column lift.
^ Fit the connector (A) to its bracket.





2. Lower the car.
Check that components and connections have not sustained damage.
