Headlamp Alignment Control Module: Testing and Inspection



Control Module Calibration AHL/AFL

Check the following points before starting calibration.
^ The car should be level.
^ The car should be unloaded.
^ Check that the light image has not been reset to the right-hand/left-hand traffic "tourist solution"
^ Stabilise the suspension by rocking the car.
^ The handbrake must not be applied.
^ Steering wheel and wheels in straight-ahead position.
^ Ignition in ON position
^ The Xenon lamps should be lit.
^ Battery voltage must be >10.5 V.

Connect the diagnostic tool and calibrate the AHL/AFL control module.

Check the function of the headlamps and clear any DTCs.

Check the light setting and adjust as necessary.
