Diagnostic help
Mountains, high buildings, tunnels, multi-storey car parks and similar can block the signals which are easily absorbed.

Ensure that the car is parked outdoors with unobstructed sky to the south. Activate the XM radio on channel 1. If reception is poor, contact XM customer service to verify the customer account information as well as to ask whether they have had network problems. If everything is in order with the account and network then check the antenna circuit.
