SPA Control Module (630), 4D

To remove
Carry out procedures before removing a control module.

1. Open the left-hand hatch in the luggage compartment.
2. Remove the clips securing the luggage compartment mat. Use special tool 84 71 179 Removal tool, clips .







3. Fold back the carpet.
4. Remove the SPA module from the main fuse box.







IMPORTANT: Take care when releasing the locking mechanism on the connector so as not to damage the connector. Pull the halves straight apart to avoid bending the pins.

5. Unplug the control module connector.

To fit

IMPORTANT: Take care when plugging in the connector so as not to damage or press out the pins/sleeves in the connector.

1. Plug in the control module connector.







2. Press the SPA module onto the main fuse box.
3. Replace the carpet.
4. Fit the clips securing the luggage compartment carpet.







5. Close the left-hand hatch in the luggage compartment.
