Clutch HousingReplacement Of Bearing Race Input Shaft
To remove
1. Press out the bearing race with sleeve 87 91 204 - using tool 87 92 236 - as support.
To Fit
1. Seat the bearing race using a plastic hammer.
2. Press on the new bearing up to the stop using drift 83 90 312. - Sleeve 83 90 114 and 87 91 311 Sleeve, driver shaft bearing must be used.
Replacement Of Bearing Bushing For Selector Rod
To Remove
The seal ring must have been removed first.
1. Drive out the bearing bushing with drift 87 91 220.
To fit
1. New bearing bushing is fitted with drift 87 91 220.
Differential Bearing Race In Clutch Housing
To Remove
1. Carefully tap out the bearing race with a hammer and a drift (destructive removal)
IMPORTANT: Tap the same amount on both sides!
To Fit
1. Fit (press) in the new bearing race until it stops with drift 83 90 122 - and sleeve 87 91204.
2. Fit a new seal with drift 87 92 657.
