Main task
Used as lighting for reading.

Type
A lamp and switch for each side are integrated in the roof consoles front and rear. The switches are connected in series with the lamp.

Connection
The lamps are grounded from REC. Power is supplied from a relay controlled by BCM. The supply voltage lead passes through BCM and REC on its way out to the lamps. BCM gauges the lead to determine if the switch is suddenly closed in a position when the relay is not activated.
