Background
Certain parameters for the pinch protection function are incorrect. Pinch protection is triggered and the door window cannot be closed.
In the case of customer complaint, the following procedure must be carried out.
Symptom description
The window lowers automatically after being raised.
Procedure
1. Add the door module unit in question using Tech2 under the All/Add/Remove menu. Use Tech2 version 119.000 or later.
2. Carry out anti-pinch programming in accordance with WIS - Body - Doors and locks - Adjustment/Replacement - Calibration of pinch protection.
