Fault symptom
- The car will not start.

On-board diagnosis

Type of diagnosis:
- Once per driving cycle.

Enable criteria:
- Ignition ON.

Fault criteria:
- Incorrect response from CIM.
- The immobilization codes in T8 and the CIM do not correlate.

Dependent:
- None

System reaction to a fault:
- Fuel cut off
- Starter motor cannot be started.

OK report:
- Fault criteria NOT fulfilled.

Diagnostic help
- DTC generated if T8/CIM has been transferred from another car without being "Added" with the diagnostic tool.
