Fault symptom
- The car will not start.

On-board diagnosis

Type of diagnosis:
- Continuous

Enable criteria:
- Ignition ON.

Fault criteria:
- CIM or other ECU on the I-bus not programmed.

Dependent:
- None

System reaction to a fault:
- Starter motor cannot be started.

OK report:
- Fault criteria NOT fulfilled.

Fault handling:
Type III
