Fault symptom
- Check Engine (OBDII, EOBD).

On-board diagnosis

Type of diagnosis:
- Continuous

Enable criteria:
- Engine speed between 1500 and 2800 rpm.
- Engine load between 200 - 400 mg/c.
- No changes in load.
- Closed loop is blocked (rich or lean) for a number of combustions in order to maintain 0.7V from oxygen sensor 2. The prescribed number of combustions is adapted.

Fault criteria:
- Closed loop blocked in lean mode for more than 50 combustions.

Dependent:
- None

System reaction to a fault:
- None

OK report:
- Diagnosis completed without fault report.

Fault handling:
Type III

- Defective oxygen sensor.
