Shifting Time. Mechanical Fault.







Fault symptom
- Messages shown in SID.

On-board diagnosis

Type of diagnosis:
- During shifting.

Enable criteria:
- Engine running and not in limp home mode.

Exceptions:
- Oil temperature < 60 degree C
- Selector lever not in position D.

The following diagnostic trouble codes may not be generated:
- Engine RPM
- Engine Torque
- Gearbox Input RPM
- Gearbox Fluid Temperature

Fault criteria:
- The control unit checks the shifting continuously and generates a trouble code if shift-up or shift-down is not performed correctly.

System reaction to a fault:
- Limp home
