Fault symptom
- Steering column lock not working.
- Key cannot be turned in ignition switch.
- Engine does not start.

On-board diagnosis

Type of diagnosis:
- Diagnostics is carried out each time the key is inserted in the ignition switch.

Enable criteria:
- Key in ignition switch.

Fault criteria:
- No antenna unit, immobilizer detected.

System reaction to a fault:
- None

- To find an electrical fault in the internal electronics in the ignition switch unit.
