- Readout mechanism not functioning.

On-board diagnosis

Type of diagnosis:
- Each time a CD is inserted/ejected.

Fault criteria:
- Ejection not completed within 3 seconds and after 3 attempts.

System reaction to a fault:
- Readout mechanism not functioning.
