SCL Internal Failure







Fault symptom
- Messages shown in SID.
- Steering column lock not working.

On-board diagnosis

Type of diagnosis:
- Continuous

Enable criteria:
- Diagnostics run when key is inserted and removed.

Fault criteria:
- Internal memory error in SCL.

System reaction to a fault:
- Steering column lock deactivated.
- DTC B3948 generated in CIM.
