Control Module. Internal Fault







Fault symptom
- Diagnostic communication works.
- Control module outputs switched off.
- Central locking, window lifts and door mirrors out of order.

On-board diagnosis

Type of diagnosis:
- Diagnostics run each time control module "wakes".

Enable criteria:
- Ignition ON.

Fault criteria:
- Control module on-board diagnostics has detected a RAM error.

System reaction to a fault:
- Control module outputs switched off.
- Diagnostic communication works.
- Central locking, window lifts and door mirrors out of order.

Diagnostic help
- Change the control module.
