Read Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC)

OPERATION

Manufacturer's Scan Tool (NORMAL MODE)
On Main Menu display screen, select the {Each System Check}.
On System Selection Menu display screen, select the {Engine Control System}.
Select the {OK} after the information of engine type is displayed.
On Engine Diagnosis display screen, select the {Diagnostic Code(s) Display}.
On Diagnostic Code(s) Display display screen, select the {Current Diagnostic Code(s)} or History Diagnostic Code(s)}.

NOTE:

Manufacturer's Scan Tool (OBD MODE)
On Main Menu display screen, select the {2. Each System Check}.
On System Selection Menu display screen, select the {Engine Control System}.
Select the {OK} after the information of engine type is displayed.
On Engine Diagnosis display screen, select the {OBD System}.
On OBD Menu� display screen, select the {Diagnosis Code(s) Display}.
Make sure that a DTC is shown on display screen.
