Diagnostic help
Check that the courtesy lights are working. If not: check fuse 8.

The following value can be read with the diagnostic tool:
^ Boot lid (bus from TWICE)
^ Luggage compartment lighting, output

The following function can be activated with the diagnostic tool:
^ Luggage compartment lighting

Checking the wiring harness
Jiggle the wiring harness at several points and in several directions to detect intermittent open circuits and short circuits. Note the reaction of the multimeter, test lamp or diagnostic tool during the check.
