No wheel-speed signal





Fault symptoms
Speedometer or cruise control system not working.

Conditions
^ Break or short circuit between TC/ABS control module pin 23 and main instrument unit pin 10 (K12).
^ Break or short circuit between TC/ABS control module pin 25 and Trionic pin 63.

Diagnostic help
A wheel speed reading can be obtained with the diagnostic tool in both the TC/ABS control module and receiving control modules.

Configuring ESP
The ESP control module can be programmed with Tech 2. The following settings for selecting chassis type can be made.

Chassis type
^ Standard
^ Sport
