The Display Is Completely Black







Fault symptom
One or more menus of the display are black.

Preconditions
Ignition ON.

Conditions
Switch Nav/Tele must be connected. There must be a power supply and grounding. Check both connectors for faulty pins and oxidation.

Diagnostic help
Reset the system before starting fault diagnosis.

Check switches for oxidation and faulty pins. Check several points and directions of the wiring harness to detect any intermittent open or short-circuits.
