Checking The EVAP Canister Purge Valve







^ Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.







^ Identify the hose from the intake manifold to the valve.
^ Detach the hose at the valve.
^ Connect a pressure/vacuum hose to the valve.
^ Pump up a vacuum and make sure the valve is airtight.
