Fault symptoms

Conditions
Incorrect signal for 4 s.

Fault criteria
The TCM receives information as to whether the brake pedal is depressed. The ECM send this information via the bus. If the ECM sends out a message that this information is faulty, DTC P0703 is generated.

This diagnostic trouble code indicates a fault in the ECM.
