Perceived temperature in cabin too high or too low compared to the set temperature.

Conditions
The following conditions apply:
- Ignition ON
- If the voltage from the motor is below 0.2 V or exceeds 3 V when the motor is activated.
- Continuous monitoring and with calibration.
