Recirculation Motor. Short to B+

Recirculation Motor. Open Circuit / Short to Ground







Fault symptoms
- The cabin is misting up again.
- Bad air in the cabin.
- Perceived temperature in cabin too high compared to the set temperature.

Conditions
The following conditions apply:
- Ignition ON.
- Short circuit to B+ is indicated when the output for the recirculation motor is not activated and the voltage exceeds 2.5 V.
- Short circuit to ground and open circuit are indicated when the output for the recirculation motor is not activated and the voltage is below 0.1 V.
- The diagnostic trouble code is deleted after the ignition has been switched on 20 times if the malfunction conditions have not been fulfilled.
- When the diagnostic trouble code is generated the output is switched off.
