Heater Flap Motor Right. Short Circuit












Fault symptoms
Perceived temperature in the cabin is too low compared to the set temperature. The temperature in the cabin cannot be regulated on the right-hand side.

Conditions
The following conditions apply:
- Ignition ON
- When the current exceeds a certain value on any of the stepping motor outputs in the control module, a diagnostic trouble code for short circuit is generated.
- If any of the stepping motor outputs detect that the parasitic current draw is lower than 55 mA, then the open circuit diagnostic trouble code is generated.
- Continuous monitoring and with calibration.
