Background
Under certain circumstances internal interference can result in the navigation system antenna losing contact with GPS satellites. This interference can result in the navigation system displaying an incorrect position in relation to the cars actual position.
In the case of customer complaint the following procedure must be undertaken.

The navigation system displays an incorrect position in relation to the car's actual position.

Procedure
Replace the antenna, see WIS 9-3 (9440) - 3. Electrical system - Telematics and Navigation - Adjustment/Replacement - Antenna, GPS/mobile telephone.
