Checking The Wiring Harness

Unplug the connector:

Sensor for weighted seat cushion, front passenger 614P.







Take a resistance reading between

- 5 Control module, TWICE







- 2 Sensor for weighted seat cushion, front passenger







- Jiggle the leads and in line connectors at several places and in different directions to reveal intermittent breaks and short circuits in the wiring harness. Observe the multimeter, test lamp or diagnostic tool while doing this

The reading obtained should be 0 - 1 ohm

Is the function correct?

NO - Rectifying the Lead - II

YES - Checking the Lead
