Air Recirculation Motor


Removing







1. Remove the glove box.
2. Remove the air duct.
3. Unplug the connector.







4. Remove the recirculation motor from the climate control unit housing by unhooking the locking tongues.
5. Remove the recirculation motor shaft from the wire. The wire is angled at the end and locked across a clip. Use pliers to turn the clip so that the wire can be removed.
6. Lift out the recirculation motor.


Fitting







1. Connect the recirculation motor shaft to the wire. The wire is angled at the end and must be locked across a clip. Use a screwdriver to turn the clip so that the wire can be locked.
2. Press the motor into the climate control unit housing.
3. Plug in the connector.
4. Refit the air duct.







5. Put the glove box back in place.
