No Bus Data From TRIONIC Or TCM. See Fault Tracing 3:5 Bus And Diagnostic Communication.







Fault Symptoms
No bus communication with TC/ABS.

Conditions
The following conditions are applicable:

Trionic:
- No bus communication for 3 seconds.
- TC/ABS has previously been present on the bus at some time.

Diagnostic Help
Some of the following symptoms may be observed:
- Speedometer not working
- Traction Control not working
- Cruise Control not working
- ABS lamp on

Check Wiring Harness.
Jiggle the wiring harness at several points and in different directions to detect intermittent breaks and short-circuits in the leads. Observe the multimeter, test lamp or diagnostic tool during the test.
