Checking Temperature







- Read value: Coolant Temperature (Trionic).
- Check the temperature of the cylinder head with an external temperature gauge.
- Check that the value on the diagnostics tool is within 10 °C of measured temperature with warm and cold engine.
- The reading must also be stable and not fluctuating a number of degrees.

Is the function correct?

NO - Fault Not Rectified

YES - Remedial Action OK
