Torque and sequence





Place the driven plate and pressure plate on the flywheel and loosely fit the screws.
V6 and 4-cyl. diesel: The convex side should face the gearbox.





Centre the driven plate with respectively 87 92 327 Centering tool, driven plate or 83 95 964 Centering tool, driven plate, 2.2 diesel and tighten the bolts a internally.
V6 and 4-cyl. diesel: Apply 74 96 292 Thread locking adhesive to the threads
Tightening torque, diesel 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.)
Tightening torque, other models 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.)
