Fuel Pump

To remove
1. Raise the car.







2. Undo the bolt.
3. Unplug the connector.
4. Undo the hose clips and remove the fuel lines.
5. Plug the lines and collect any fuel spill.
6. Change the fuel pump.

Installation







1. Inspect the fuel pump's rubber suspension arrangements. Check the condition of the fuel lines and change them as necessary. Connect the lines to the fuel pump and secure them with hose clips.


NOTE: Turn the pump the right way round.


2. Fit the fuel pump.


NOTE: The angle of the fuel pump.


3. Plug in the connector.
4. Lower the car to the floor.
5. Start the heater and check that the fuel pump is working.
