Drive Shaft Seal

Drive shaft seal
To remove
1. Right side:
Remove the intermediate shaft, see Drive shafts ->, Adjustment/replacement, intermediate shaft.

Left side:
Tilt out the drive shaft, see Drive shafts, Adjustment/replacement, Drive shaft ->.





2. Remove the seal using a large, bent screwdriver.

To fit
1. Lubricate the new seal and fit it using special tool 83 90 122.





2. Right side:
Fit the intermediate shaft, see Drive shafts, Adjustment/replacement, intermediate shafts ->.

Left side:
Position the drive shaft, see Drive shafts, Adjustment/replacement, Driveshaft ->.
