Checking Hydraulic Pressure

1. Remove the test plug from the transmission casing and connect an oil pressure gauge.

2. Put chocks under all 4 wheels.

3. Apply the handbrake fully.





4. Press the brake pedal down hard.

5. Start the engine and check the idling speed (825 rpm).





6. Move the selector lever to position D and check the system pressure as indicated in the table





7. Move the selector lever to position R and check the system pressure as indicated in the table
