System Overview, Turbo Engine (B235R, B205L/R)







Brief Description
The intake system consists of a resonator, air cleaner, connecting pipes and hoses, the turbocharger and charge air cooler. The intake system is connected to the throttle body.

The air mass consumed by the engine passes through the induction system where a filter removes particles of dust from the air. B235R and B205L/R are fitted with an extra sound-absorbing component, the resonator. The resonator, together with the air cleaner, acts as an induction silencer.

Turbo engines B235R and B2OSL/R are fitted with both temperature sensor and mass air flow sensor.
