Charge Air Control Valve

To remove
1 Remove the rubber cap and unplug the connector.





2 Mark the hoses to the control valve and detach them.
3 Detach the valve from the expanding pin and metal bracket.

To fit





1 Attach the valve to the metal bracket and then to the expanding pin.
2 Connect the hoses to the control valve. Make sure the markings on the hoses correspond to the markings on the valve.
3 Spray the connector with kontakt 61 (part no.30 04 520). Plug in the connector and fit the rubber cap.
