^ Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
^ Contact TWICE.





^ Connect the seat-belt buckle tongue to the lock mechanism.
^ Read value: Seat Belt Switch Passenger (TWICE).

The diagnostics instrument should show 'BELTED'.
^ Release the seat-belt buckle tongue from the lock mechanism.
^ Read value: Seat Belt Switch Passenger (TWICE).

The diagnostics instrument should show 'NOT BELTED'.

Is the correct status shown when the belt tongue is in and out of the lock mechanism?

NO ^ Rectifying the Lead - I

YES ^ Check Sensor For Loaded Seat Cushion, Front-Seat Passenger
