Replacement Of Rear Cellular Block, 5D

To remove







1. Remove the bumper and lay it on a well-protected workbench.
2. Remove the upper part of the protective shell by undoing the screws and lifting out the clips. Bend the shell forwards and lift it off.
3. Remove the two large cellular blocks from the sides of the protective shell.







4. Detach the bumper rail from the 14 clips securing it to the protective shell, removing the small cellular blocks at the same time.
5. Loosen the cellular block from the protective shell (wedged into the protective shell's retaining wedges).







To fit







1. Press the cellular block into the protective shell's retaining wedges.
2. Fit the bumper rail together with the small cellular blocks.







NOTE: The rail should be guided in place with a locating stud in the protective shell.

3. Fit the two large cellular blocks on the sides of the protective shell.
4. Fit the upper part of the protective shell by snapping it into the clips and tightening the screws.

NOTE: Cars equipped with towbar:
- Cut out as per the marking on the protective shell.







5. Refit the bumper to the car.
