Checking SAI Pump









- Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
- Contact Trionic





- Activate SAI pump.

Is the function correct?

NO - Any Other Diagnostic Trouble Codes?

YES - Continue with Checking SAI Pump.





- Detach the outlet hose from the steel pipe.
- Check inlet and outlet hoses as well as the pump filter.





- Activate SAI pump.
- The pump should blow powerfully.

Is the function correct?

NO - Changing Components - I

YES - Continue with Checking SAI Pump.





- Fit the outlet hose
- Check the system up to the SAI valves.

Undo the SAI valves.





Checking SAI pump
Activate SAI pump.
- Make sure it is blowing powerfully in both valves.

Is the function correct?

NO - Checking SAI Pump - II

YES - Continue with Checking SAI Pump.





- Check front and rear intake manifolds.

After performing this procedure Final Check - I
