Fault symptom
Airbag warning lamp on.

Conditions
The following conditions are applicable to the respective diagnostic trouble codes:

B1610
- Control module wrongly configured.

B1620
- Control module not configured.

Diagnostic procedure

Check the programming of the control module
See point "New control module, Programming" and the following.

Installation of control modules.

Carry out programming as necessary.

NOTE: If there is a resistance fault in the SRS system, problems could arise when programming the control module. In such case, check the wiring harness.
