Carrier Bearings: Service and Repair

To Remove





1. Secure the differential in a vice with protective jaws and pull off the bearings with Puller 87 92 344. Use Tool 87 91 659 as support.

To Fit





1. Press down the bearings until they stop with press sleeve 87 92 475. Use Tool 87 92 210 as support
2. To change bearing race, see Clutch Housing found under Internal Component Service, refer to Manual Transmission/Transaxle, Service and Repair.
