Emblems, 5D Tailgate

The emblems are supplied as a spare part in a package comprising a frame with transparent window and protective backing tape. The following directions show how to mount the emblem. Use the frame as a template to measure out the dimensions on the tailgate.

To remove

Protect the paintwork with tape around the emblem. Use a putty knife to carefully prise under the emblem.

To fit







First wash the area where the emblem is to be mounted with pure benzine.

NOTE: The emblems and the car body must be at room temperature (approx. 20 degrees C) before the emblem can be affixed.

1. Remove the protective tape backing from the emblem and leave the emblem in the frame.
2. Measure in the frame on the tailgate as shown in the illustration and fit the SAAB emblem.
3. Remove the frame.
4. Position the frame and mount the 9-5 emblem.







5. Remove the frame.
