The fault is caused by a stop between the tank and the shut-off valve atmospheric connection.

Check the following components:
- The hose between the tank and the carbon filter
- Carbon filter
- The hose between the carbon filter and the shut-off valve
- EVAP shut-off valve
- Rectify the fault.
