Ball joint (bellows)
To remove





1. Remove the nut to the anti-roll bar.
2. Loosen the nut to the ball joint. Use puller 89 96 696 to press out the bolt from the swivel member.
3. Remove the ball joint nut and pull down the stanchion/suspension arm.
4. Remove the lock ring securing the bellows and take off the bellows.





To fit
1. Fill the new bellows with Molycote Longterm 2-78 grease.
2. Fit the bellows and lock rind.
3. Press up the stanchion/suspension arm into the correct position and fit the ball joint nut. Tighten the nut.
Tightening torque: 75 Nm (55 ft. lbs.).
4. Fit the anti-roll bar nut and tighten it.
Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.4 ft. lbs.).
