Checking Test Value












- Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
- Contact DICE.
- Set the lights switch to position 2.







- Hold the dipswitch and read its value at the same time on the diagnostic tool display.







Test value: High & Low Beam Switch (DICE)
The reading should be: ON

Checking the wiring harness.
Jiggle the leads and in-line connectors at several places and in different directions to reveal intermittent breaks and short circuits in the wiring harness. Observe the multimeter, test lamp or diagnostic tool while doing this.

Is the function correct?

NO - Checking the Fault Symptoms

YES - Checking Relay 8A
