Checking Speed Data From The ABS







Unplug the connector:
- H33-2
- Extract pin 6 from the male half of the connector
- Plug in the connector.

















- Connect test lamp 86 11 857 between B+ and pin 6 of the male connector.







- Raise the rear end of the car.







- Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.







- Rotate the LH rearwheel.







- The test lamp should flash.

Checking the wiring harness
Jiggle the leads and in-line connectors at several places and in different directions to reveal intermittent breaks and short circuits in the wiring harness. Observe the multimeter test lamp or diagnostic tool while doing this.

Is the function correct?

NO - Rectifying the Lead - I

YES - Check, Speed Signal
