Checking Fan Motor Operation












- Connect a jumper lead between pin 5 on the male connector and a good grounding point. Use a 6 sq. mm. wire.












- Connect a jumper lead between. B+ and pin 3 on the male connector. Use 6 sq. mm. wire.







The fan should start and run at full speed

Is the function correct?

NO - Continue with Checking Fan Motor Operation

YES - Checking the Ventilation Fan Control's Power Supply

Check the male connector and the leads between the male connector and the fan. If the connector/leads are free from faults, change the ventilation fan motor.

After performing this procedure Final Check
