Checking the Sensor's Power Supply







Unplug the connector.
- Pressure sensor, A/C (620)







- Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.

















Take a voltage reading.

B - Pressure sensor, A/C
- Good grounding point

The reading should be 4.7 V - 5.5 V

Checking The Wiring Harness
Jiggle the leads and in-line connectors at several places and in different directions to reveal intermittent breaks and short circuits in the wiring harness. Observe the multimeter test lamp or diagnostic tool while doing this.

Is the function correct?

NO - Rectifying the Lead - I

YES - Continue with Checking the Sensor's Power Supply.












Take a voltage reading.

A - Pressure sensor, A/C
B - Pressure sensor, A/C

The reading should be 4.7 V - 5.5 V

Checking The Wiring Harness
Jiggle the leads and in-line connectors at several places and in different directions to reveal intermittent breaks and short circuits in the wiring harness. Observe the multimeter test lamp or diagnostic tool while doing this.

Is the function correct?

NO - Rectifying the Lead - II

YES - Checking the Control Module's Sensor Input
