Fault symptoms
Electrically heated rear window, electrically heated door mirrors. Malfunction.

Conditions
The control module output is monitored and a diagnostic trouble code generated for the following:
- Open circuit/shorted to ground
- Shorted to B+
Diagnostic trouble codes are not generated at voltages below 11 V not in connection with diagnostics communication.

Diagnostic help
The control module output can be activated with the diagnostics instrument.
