Relay, windscreen wipers

Fault symptoms
The intermittent windscreen wipers are either not working or the wipers are in constant motion.












Circumstances
The control module output is monitored and a DTC generated it there is a:
- Break/short circuit to ground.
- Short circuit to B+.
DTCs are not generated when the voltage is below 11 V and the diagnostic communication is in use.

The output from DICE can be activated with the diagnostic tool.
