Glass Hatch (Sunroof Hatch)

To remove







1 Open the sunroof to expose the retaining screws for the cover moulding.
2 Remove the four retaining screws from the cover moulding.
3 Close the hatch.
4 Remove the rear end of the cover by releasing the clip, one on each side, and pulling towards the centre of the car.
5 Remove the 6 retaining screws from the glass hatch.







6 Lift off the glass hatch.


To fit







1 Fit the sunroof hatch in position.
2 Insert the 6 retaining screws.
3 Adjust the fit against the root, one side at a time:
- 0 to -1 mm at the front edge
- 0 to +1 mm at the rear edge
4 Tighten the retaining screws.
5 Open the sunroof hatch slightly so that the cover moulding can be fitted.







6 Fit the cover moulding, close the hatch and fasten its clips at the outer edge.
7 Open the hatch slightly and tighten the four retaining screws.
8 Close the hatch.
9 Check the function.
